What is a good AstraScore?
Above 70 is strong, 50 to 70 is solid with clear headroom, below 50 means at least one dimension is materially behind. The number matters far less than which components are dragging it, which is why every result lists the two worth fixing first.
Why do you not show my percentile?
A percentile needs a real cohort of comparable professionals at the same seniority in the same market. We do not have one yet. Showing a made-up percentile would be the fastest way to make every other number here untrustworthy, so we leave it out and say why.
Why is salary weighted so lightly?
It is the lightest of the eight components at 0.05. Over-weighting pay turns a career score into a compensation comparison, and pay is also the dimension our open data supports least well in India.
